Our latest 'epidemic'...Ebola.

As mentioned earlier on this blog I mentioned the 'Ebola Scare' and shared my view that it was a dubious and shameful distraction to silence a whistle blower who had opened a potential can of worms for the CDC.

The whole thing was so elaborately choreographed that nobody even bothered to mention the fact that the CDC was embroiled in a potentially devastating legal battle for its own fraudulent behavior.  As they are a federal entity they are answerable to the American people, at least they are supposed to be.  It was almost childlike in its simplicity, like a kid who feigns injury to avoid getting spanked by his angry mother.  I would have laughed had my heart not been iced over by the sheer shamelessness and audacity of their conduct.  A soap opera couldn't have come up with more intrigue or shameless melodrama.  In all honesty it made me want to vomit in disgust at just how shallow our nations supposed leadership has become.

I ran my thoughts by a friend of mine and he rather strongly disagreed with my stand and still places a measure of trust in the CDC.  Though I respect his opinion, I still harbor doubts and concerns with regard to our federal agencies and what I see as a very serious lack of functional oversight.  If it were not for the long standing history of federal agencies suffering from 'severe' conflict of interests I might be swayed from my opinion easier.  Examples of these conflicts of interest are the FDA, FTC respectively and don't get me started on the SEC, The FED and the LONG list of Congressmen, Senators, advisers to the President and plethora of diplomatic posts...each of which house former CEO's of many of the largest banking firms in the world.  Prostitution is indeed legal in the USA.

The FDA is responsible for ensuring that the foods we consume and the drugs we are prescribed are safe for human consumption.  The fact that 60% of FDA funding come from the pharmaceutical industry and the fact that a great many of their employees have close financial ties to the Pharmaceutical industry meaning that they work for the FDA collecting a paycheck while also collecting a paycheck from the pharmaceutical industry.  I have not heard one word from anyone anywhere suggesting that this issue has been resolved.  The FTC is supposed to ensure that their is Fair Trade among competitors, that no monopolies are formed which run counter to a free market economy, which the United States is supposed to espouse.  However, here to the FTC is manned, funded and directed by persons within the industries they are supposed to be regulating.

The CDC also suffers from this conflict of interest.  As mentioned before many of the former heads of the CDC have ended up with high paying jobs within the Pharmaceutical industry, 'after' they had created a viable marketing situation for the vaccine producers.  From these offices they wield a great deal of influence on their former colleagues from within the industry that now pays them rather generously,  so to with many congressman and senators.

It would be far more politic for me to knuckle under and just praise the CDC and the others for doing a great job in the hope that someday they recognize my pathetic schmoozing...and reward me for being a sniveling, spineless douche-bag...and pay me a fat check...to shut my face. As it is...my soul, my spirit...my sense of injustice and outrage will not allow me to praise any such entity.

The Ebola Scam...has as I suspected it would, dropped off the medias interest chart.  The epidemic has, again as I suspected, not come to fruition...and the CDC...as always has placed itself on a pedestal...and has taken a bow...while a Whistle blower...is once again silenced.

Such conduct...such vile disregard for the rule of law and even common decency has broken my heart.  I no longer have faith...nor do I trust in our Governments ability to right the wrongs of those who have taken advantage of their financial might...to buy off criminal charges...to stave off the noose so to speak.  Crimes so prolifically horrendous...that had any one of us...you and I...done anything close..and not even to the degree that these crimes have been committed...we would face..life imprisonment...if not the death penalty...for the lives such conduct took.

Enough...

Can we trust the CDC?

My wife has often decried my long winded diatribes expressing my view point, my frustration and often my anger with how our health care system has been politically gerrymandered.  What has happened to doing a good job for the patient? What has happened to putting the patient first or more simply what has happened to the moral compass that once embodied this nations founding?

A whistle blower broke ranks with the CDC in August of this year, a senior member of the CDC, releasing a study that the CDC had buried dating back to 2001. That study, by the CDC, discovered and confirmed a connection between autism and vaccines. The study, in essence, validated Dr. Andrew Wakefields findings but who lost his license to practice medicine in Britain for telling the world what he had discovered, what the CDC knew to be true.

He was being skewered by the CDC as a fraud...even after...they knew what he said was the truth...that there was a connection between vaccines and autism.  What is worse is the CDC, Big Pharm and even the News Media continued to destroy his professional reputation as well as his personal reputation to keep him quiet.

The guilt of this knowledge proved too much for Dr. Thompson who is the doctor who broke ranks with the CDC in August.  Sadly this defection was not mentioned in the news media...not one solitary whisper.  Heinous. A reality that suggests a rather strong and dubious influence by the Pharm/CDC/media conglomerate.

It is this incident along with the 'convenient' timing of this latest Ebola scare that causes me to question the validity of the CDC and its actions.  Weeks following the whistle blower breaking ranks with the CDC for what can only be considered fraudulent criminal behavior, behavior for which if prosecuted properly could land several senior CDC officials in prison for a very, very long time. However, instead of addressing this 'crime' the CDC imports an 'Ebola' patient from a nation where Ebola had been effectively contained within its borders since the 1970s.

Of course there was a media blitz where the cameras followed the supposed patient to a hospital in Dallas.   Of course the media was consumed by this latest outbreak, followed by two health care workers who just happened to both hop a plane potentially exposing hundreds of people to their disease.  If the CDC and WHO weren't so hopelessly compromised and morally vacuous I might have believed them...maybe. Not only was this, in my view, a cheap distraction, it is highly dubious given the 'hype' that this disease is highly contagious.  Also to bring this patient...to a hospital not familiar with the disease...and from which the disease broke containment which the media made very public is also dubious.

Starting in the 1990s under President George Bush Jr. we started getting 'scares'.  First there was the television programming that started the ball rolling with 'Small Pox' on 'ER'.   Weeks later the CDC announces that a possible Small Pox outbreak is imminent and that the CDC has a vaccine to save us all.  Only health care workers refused to get the vaccine because it was untested and potentially dangerous.

The 'epidemic' such as it was faded away and the population of the USA went on breathing.  We then started getting wind of SARS, AVIAN flu, Swine flu which was renamed H1N1 because it sounded more ominous.  That and there were a lot of people who remembered the fiasco of the 1970s where they tried to scare us with swine flu.  Only the rush to get the vaccine in the 1970s caused 140 people to die when the scare started when one soldier in Fort Dix New Jersey died after he was given an experimental vaccine...for swine flue.

The one common denominator in each of these 'scares' was that the CDC, each time, had a 'vaccine' for that specific disease...convenient.  It takes years to develop a vaccine, especially a safe and effective vaccine.  This latest 'Ebola vaccine was developed in a matter of 8 weeks.  Oddly, since Ebola has been in Western Africa since the early 1970s there wasn't one available before 'Ebola' was introduced to our shores...again I say...convenient.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the world it is my view that the CDC is morally vacant, intellectually vacuous and criminally intent on making money for its senior members and its corporate client the Pharmaceutical industry.  If you are honest with yourselves, there is a voice deep inside your most human self...you know these words I speak to be true.

Let us each wake up and clear the world of such nonsense.

Yours in Health and Wellness

Peace on Earth Good Will Toward Men

Going through a pile of old magazines that my grandparents published in the 1950’s and 1960’s I came across an article in December of 1954, written by my grandpa.  I am going to share it with you.  Hopefully it will resonate with you the same way it did with me because the message is very much in tune with our contemporary times, so much so that it begs the question…what have we learned and are we ever going to learn?  Forgive me, but I have to retype it to share it.

Peace on Earth, Good Will toward Men

“It has always seemed to me that this phrase has been in reverse.  As I see it, there can be no peace on earth until there is good will to men.  If we have nothing but good will toward our fellow man, we cannot war.
Unfortunately, I think many of us are waiting for our national leaders to promote this good will when actually our leaders are nothing but a reflection of the mass population of our country.  Peace on earth must begin at home and from there it will spread to the neighbor relationship between families and to the community until it has enveloped the entire Nation.
When we have, through good will, produced peace in our own families and communities, we will then be better united to choose our politicians wisely. We will not be content to sit back and see the wrong type of politicians put into office just because we are not interested.  We will not be willing to see laws passed that force our neighbor’s children to be vaccinated just because we have no children of our own. Or even if you want your child vaccinated, you will want your neighbor to have the right to decide for himself what type of disease prevention he wants for his child.
Those of you who have sons who came home from the war sound in mind and body or who had some type of injury that was completely relieved by medicine or surgery will not sit idly by and allow your neighbors son to lie in a hospital for months on end, sick in mind and body.  If he wants a Chiropractor, it is your DUTY, as a citizen, to see that he gets Chiropractic care, regardless of what your sentiments may be.
We speak of the greatest enemy of our country. Can there be any greater enemy than that of listlessness on the part of a country’s citizens while he lets his freedom of choice slip away just because these freedoms do not happen to be of service to him at that moment?
Let’s Wake up America! Promote good will toward men by seeing that none of his liberties are infringed upon and you will be taking the first step toward “peace on earth”.

When I read this article it dawned on me that today’s struggle to maintain our individual freedoms are very much the same as they were in 1954.  One would not have thought that given the historical ‘memory’ of the time.  Many envision 1954 in the form of Ozzy and Harriet reruns and Leave it to Beaver.  It might be wise to remember that 1954 may have been a different time but social challenges then and now…remain very much the same.  Peace on Earth had a very different meaning to those living in 1954.  WWII had been over for 9 years and the Korean War had been over for less than a year when this article was written.  Many of the people living at the time had the same doubts and fears as we do now…only the media of the time kept it from seeming so immediately threatening.
The message is the same, if we want Peace on Earth we must each show good will toward our fellow man…first.

Maintaining health in a Sick Economy is vital

Your health and well being is vital especially in a tension filled environment like we have today in this stalled economy.  Many people have told me "I cannot afford to keep coming. The money is just too tight."  Believe me I understand that, I truly do. However, I will point out the fact that regular chiropractic visits will keep you moving and your immune system up to scratch, most especially during times of stress when you need it most.

What happens to your income if you have to stay home?  Unless you are a federal employee with mandated paid sick days chances are you cannot afford to remain home on your back with the sniffles or worse a few days in the local hospital.  The expense of just one hours stay in the ER can take an already 'tight' economic situation and render it untenable much less a few days or heaven forbid a few weeks in ICU.  The most common cause of bankruptcy in this nation is health care.  We simply cannot afford to get sick.

Regular chiropractic visits are your best and least expensive option for 'wellness' care.  It is vital that you maintain your nervous system function in order to prevent protracted illness.

The Church of Medicine

Galileo suggested that the sun was the center of our solar system and that the earth rotated around the sun, that the earth was not flat but round and was part of a system of planets and not the center of the Universe. For this he was charged with heresy and threatened with death by the church who 'knew' that the world was flat and that the earth was the center of the universe.  He was forced to recant his statement to save his life and was then placed under house arrest for the rest of his life.

We know today that Galileo was correct.  Why then was he threatened?  What was so awful about his statement that the earth rotated around the sun?  The answer is simple, politics and power.  What Galileo said though true threatened the very basis of power wielded by the church who needed the world to know that the earth was the center of all creation and that their position as Gods hand on earth was never to be questioned...on pain of death.  In suppressing Galileo and his revelation the Church consolidated their power over the world for the next three hundred years.

So how is this medieval comparison relevant today?  Why bother revisiting something that has long since been resolved and Galileo vindicated?  It is relevant today because Medicine as an institution has in effect become the modern day equivalent of the Medieval Church.  To question their efficacy is to incur their wrath which is to face ridicule, political attacks and possible loss of license and financial ruin.  Luckily todays heretics will not face public evisceration's or being burned at the stake however are no less silenced and suppressed.

However, it isn't medicine itself that is the problem, no, it is the political power behind medicine that is.  It is Big Pharma that is the directing force behind the politics of the 'Church of Medicine'.  Politics in its raw state equates simply to money.  Money then translates to power and influence which is the basis for corruption.

To question the efficacy and safety of vaccines for instance draws the most explosive and vicious reaction from Big Pharmas influence base, usually on the request of Big Pharma itself.  I truly believe with all my heart that if hanging were an available response Big Pharma would no doubt use it to silence their critics, hence my comparing them to the Medieval Church.

It took nearly a millennium to emerge from the influence of the Church so that knowledge, science and freedom of thought and expression were not threatened by death.  Yet today freedom of thought and expression in the field of health care is not tolerated, very much like the medieval church did not tolerate enlightened thought which was demonized as blasphemy or Satanism.

Interestingly, however, the attacks on alternative medicine doesn't come very often from the professional side of medicine but by thugs who are paid by the establishment in order to keep the pressure on the competition and their hands clean in the event they are sued.  The skeptics network is a sorry lot, exceptionally so, but I will not digress on that tangent...yet.

Luckily the voice of health freedom is alive and well both politically and socially in spite of the attacks launched by 'skeptics'.  What we are each facing today is a struggle for freedom of choice vs suppression of choice.  'You' should have the right to choose the brand of health care you want.   You should not have it chosen for you or have your choices limited because of a profit driven ego trip from a suit wearing schmuck on Wall Street.

Seek knowledge and understanding...do not allow yourself to become a sheep to be used for the benefit of a few profit driven morons.

Nuff Said.

The Pharm is in deep doo doo.

I recently read an article in my local news paper stating that the Pharmaceutical industry would be removing its incentive programs from medical doctors. I just about fell over when I read it. What this means is that Mds will no longer get an extra paycheck in the mail from meeting a specific quota for their prescription writing talents.

I am curious to see how many remain in practice once they can no longer get extra money for writing a script.  You see many doctors today cannot rely on insurance reimbursement alone to survive.  The climate in the insurance industry is not conducive to a doctors economic survival and hasn't been for a while forcing the doctors to create alternative sources of income. The most lucrative source seems to be 'script' quotas.

This change is likely a side effect of the ongoing investigations in which pharmaceutical companies have been investigated for fraud, bribery and contaminating vaccines in order to 'create' a  false pandemic.  Some very serious crimes to say the least but which seem to be the 'norm' within the Pharmaceutical industries moral code of conduct.

Ok, so why aren't we hearing more?  Likely because the USA is the last bastion for Big Pharm to behave as it wishes with impunity.   Big Pharm policy changes are likely due to the European investigation spilling over into US jurisdiction.  Only two years ago the Department of Justice leveled a 3 billion dollar fine against three major pharmaceutical firms for bribing public officials. My own cynical view would suggest that these 'public' officials have names that begin with Senator and Congressman.

The fact that this article was seen in a news paper suggests that the Pharm no longer supports our nations news papers as they are a dying medium. You aren't likely to hear of this development on the evening news because that medium is still very much in the pocket of the Pharm.  Where the public puts its attention is where the pharm will put its money.  On the other hand it is only a matter of time before the pharm loses its ability to advertise, along with that law will be a limit on what they can donate to any electoral campaign and how much money they are allowed to ship off shore without declaring it.

This early pull back is a good signal that the Pharm is beginning to lose its grip here in the United States.  My only gripe is not knowing just how long it will take for them to be totally and utterly contained.

Let us all hope we won't have to wait long.

Unquestioned Medical Authority is Deadly and ignorant.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could all go about our daily lives doing what we want and never, ever be questioned about why we are doing what we do?  Better yet, wouldn't it be great if we could destroy the people who do question us?  Silly as that sounds it is a daily practice for the worlds pharmaceutical companies.

Any person who brings into question the safety or validity of a drug or more accurately a vaccine, the doctor or entity bringing the question home is systematically destroyed.  Dr. Wakefield a once prominent research doctor discovered that vaccines were front and center of the Autism epidemic we currently face.  He lost his license in Britain and was bashed in the world press for his 'heresy' and his credibility was virtually destroyed.  In other words he was made an example of to ensure that the vaccine producers were never again brought into question.

But I don't want to discuss vaccines, I want to discuss the unquestioned status of vaccine producers, though no longer 'unquestioned' their attacks on those who do question their efficacy, safety and morality is beginning to draw the attention of law enforcement agencies world wide.

As a child I was often 'corrected' for my behavior and depending on the offense I was either spanked or had my hand slapped, mostly to make an impression that would stick.  So if I tried to stick a fork in an electrical outlet I got my hand slapped and a scolding from mom or dad. Thus I learned that sticking a fork in an outlet was a bad idea.  Now, had I not been corrected or my behavior modified via mom and dads oversight, I may have learned the hard way and may have very well been killed or badly injured.

Big Pharma is in an example of what happens when a child is given free reign over his or her daily activities and is never, ever scolded, questioned or spanked.  What happens is you get a spoiled rotten child who will throw a tantrum when someone 'does' correct them or bring into question their behavior that nobody has ever dared question before.

We've all seen children in stores with the weary eyed mom staring blankly at their kid while they scream about wanting a specific sugar laden cereal and who only get worse and worse and worse the further way from the cereal isle they get, until the whole store is watching her do nothing to correct her childs behavior.  Too often mom simply caves to shut the kid up and the little brat gets his way and enjoys a shameless smirk as he hugs the cereal box.  This is what Big Pharma has become a great big, shameless spoiled brat industry.

Now what do we do about it?  Yes, I'm asking 'you', what do we do about it? Do we stand around staring blankly and hope they eventually behave or do we throw them over our knee and give them a sound and far too overdue spanking?  Those of you who might like that kind of thing...tsk, tsk...its not that kind of spanking.

The world, apart from the United States, is catching onto their games and has been taking measures to reign them in and prosecute them for crimes committed while behaving like the spoiled children they are.

The United States is the last safe haven for Big Pharma.  We are the only nation left in the world that allows them to advertise prescription medication.  I even heard an advertisement for a vaccine this morning on the radio stating statistics and infection rates that were clearly meant to frighten those persons in our society 'not' in the habit of actually thinking.  These are the people who stare blankly at the screaming child and do nothing until the kid makes too much noise and then placates them by giving in to shut them up and keep people from staring at 'them' for raising a spoiled child.

Are we a nation of weak minded idiots?  Are we so lost in our daily lives that we are willing to let a corporate 'child' get away with behaving badly?  I am not prepared to allow this myself but then that is why I am writing this and sharing it with you.  Perhaps what I say will resonate with you and you can forward this on to someone you think needs to hear it.  The waking up of America starts
with one voice.  I am not the first person to speak on this subject nor will I be the last.  But I will not be silent.  I see our nation being destroyed by a massively spoiled child whose only power is in suppressing dissent and wrecking the lives of those who dare raise the question is this vaccine safe or is it more dangerous than the disease it is meant to treat?

America is not a stupid nation, far from it.  However, we have become a tad lazy and far too willing to stare blankly at the screaming child we call Big Pharm.

Wake up!!

Would life be easier if things made better sense?

Don't you wish life could be just a little easier and just a tad more fair?  I guess that depends on your individual perspective.  In the United States the health care system is out of synch with the needs of the patient most of the time.  Health insurance is very expensive if it gives you what you want when you need it.  Trouble with this is you are spending a lot of money on a policy that covers you when you have a catastrophic illness.  Hopefully you won't ever have to use it. However, keeping this coverage is expensive and if you never use it where is all that money going?  Likely into the gas tank of a newly purchased Maserati Saloon driven by the corporate executive of the Insurance company covering you.

Cheap insurance coverage can be just as expensive in the event you actually need to use it and very often will present you with an extremely limited benefit package while you are lying on your back in an emergency room where the bulk of your bill will be accrued.  Sadly this is usually when a person discovers just what sort of policy they have and it usually isn't what they thought it was.  This is the type of insurance people have today a cheap premium, massive deductible and extremely limited coverage with a set of complex rules that in some cases render the coverage useless if, for instance, the hospital you were taken to happens to be outside the 'coverage' zone.  I wish I was joking.

It just doesn't make any sense!!  What is worse is the climate that foments this nonsense, a climate in which the executives are immune from criminal prosecution for what can only be considered fraud via an exemption to the 'anti-trust' laws, the laws prohibiting the formation of a 'monopoly'.  Our insurance industry currently operates under an exemption to this law.  Obamacare is meant to end this exemption, hence the tidal wave of resistance to it.  The trouble is that it was written by politicians.

What does makes sense, the wrong kind of sense, is the fact that the industrial model of health care in the United States is highly profitable for the corporate executives at the top who make enough money to afford the expense of keeping a United States Senator as a pet and a Congressperson as a step stool.  Yes, this is a cynical point of view but an accurate point of view none the less.  There is a reason why the term 'honest politician' is an oxymoron.

I can get my dog to do anything I want him to so long as I have a dried piece of liver in my hand.  A dog treat that will render my Airedale Terrier into a hair covered ball of obedience.  Oh yeah, he will roll over, sit, stay and hump my wives leg on command just to get that treat.  Of course I would never do that to my wife, mostly because I like living. The point is he would do anything for a dried piece of liver, even risk death, which is what would  happen if he humped my wives leg.

Senators and Congresspersons are little more than a well trained dog, who will do anything for a treat, a treat being a pile of cash in an off shore account or a well paying job at a firm where they really don't have to show up except to collect a pay check, which in all honesty could be mailed to them.

I do wish life made better sense than this.
